2. Information Collected
2.1 When accessing the site, LV records your IP. When registering an account, LV collects and stores your email, chosen username and nickname, which can be altered in the settings.
2.2 LV does not collect data about your location, name, date of birth (all members must be over 18), or other identifying information. Information shared voluntarily (such as in comments, profile, submissions, notes, icons, etc.) is stored.
2.3 LV does not share any information supplied by its members unless required by law.

3. Use of information
3.1 Information provided is used by LV to operate its servises, including browsing and contacting members.

4. Cookies
4.1 LV uses a session cookie to enable necessary site functions.

5. Retention
5.1 Information is stored in the United States of America. Supplied information and content is retained as long as an account exists. The account may be voluntarily deleted at any time using the settings, which will also remove its submitted and collected content, including gallery, profile, favourites, watchlist, journals, etc. Comments, sent notes, and usernames/nicknames are maintained for record purposes. Deletion is permanant and non-reversible.

6. Security
6.1 LV has an https access available in most areas. LV avoids storing unnecessary information and is monitored by its staff for possible issues.
