Comm for Zai & their partner. I'm very happy with this one, especially colors and composition-wise. Learning to use lots of bright colors is fun, and attention to values is usually enough to make something *work*, but reeling it back and not maxing out saturation when I don't need to has been a spot I put effort into lately. Doing so also seems to let me use a richer palette of colors, in total. It's nice to make progress on this. Some things could still be better.. but that's for next time.. I'm also getting pretty used to drawing cities, for some reason I've been commissioned these a nice handful of times by now. I like drawing things like cables and pipes and whatever has a lot of lines, like the elevated rails. Buildings seem a bit boring right now, but that's just because I haven't paid too much attention to them in my life. Maybe I should.
